Description:
The Scioto County Board of Developmental Disabilities will hold a special board meeting at the Carousel Center on Thursday, July 31, at 5 p.m. The Carousel Center, is located at 1112 Gallia Street, Portsmouth.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a personnel matter.
