Candidate from West Portsmouth High School will be hosting a "Color Me
Cheerful" Color Run on Sunday, July 27 at Portsmouth West high school. The
5k event will begin at 1 p.m. with registration starting at noon. The cost is
$25 for preregistration and $30 the day of the event. Proceeds from this event
will benefit the Vern Riffe School Cheerleaders and Special Olympics. For more
