This tri-fold brochure can help guide you to the correct appeal process when it becomes necessary to make a formal complaint.
Essentially a list of frequently asked questions, this document was included as an appendix to the new complaint and appeals process rule, effective May 1, 2014. County Boards are required to give this to individuals and families that decide to formally seek review of a decision directly affecting services. Disputes may also be settled informally by making an appointment with the program director or superintendent before following these rules.
